What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation is easy, just send us an email to bookings@tesorosexperiences.com and mention your order number and reason of cancellation one day prior of your experience date. We will cancel your booking and refund you the amount paid.
Is there any cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee, the only condition is to cancel and seek refund one day before your experience date.
What if I make a no show to the experience?
In case of a no show, your booking amount will be forfeit, but incase you wish to reschedule your experience, you can email us bookings@tesorosexperiences.com and we will negotiate with the property to see if we can reschedule your experience. Although we won’t guarantee nor confirm if the property will reschedule because most experiences are booked in advanced and may have waiting, but from our end we will try our level best to reschedule you.
Do you provide hotel resorts or car rentals?
Yes. All properties under Tesoros are capable to provide room reservations as per your need, we also provide car rental service. We have some BEST RESERVED rates, contact us at bookings@tesorosexperiences.com with your travel plan and we will revert with our reserved rates.
